We are not just another restaurant, its a whole culture of its own - a total dining experience.
We offer selection of small dishes, slightly more adventurous, something very different from the typical and more formal starter, main course and dessert, found on the menu of most restaurants.

FRESH INGREDIENTS
Our produce is locally soured; beef and eggs from Walton-le-Dale, tomatoes and lettuce from Tarleton. Our Traditional cured meats, olives and cheese are imported from Spain, as are all of our wines and beers.

All our food is made fresh to order, using only the finest ingredients to ensure we capture the authentic essence of real Spanish flavors. John, our talented head chef, who lived in the vibrant city of Madrid for many years, is genuinely excited to share an enticing new specials menu this year.
